What areas do you serve?
We provide mobile e-bike repair services throughout Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Westminster, Fountain Valley, Seal Beach, and surrounding Orange County areas. If you're outside our immediate zone, we can still help with diagnostics and mail-in repairs.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes! Every repair comes with a 90-day warranty on both replacement parts AND labor. If a part we installed fails within 90 days, we replace it FREE of charge.
How much does a diagnostic cost?
Diagnostics start at $75 for basic electrical testing. Full system diagnostics (battery + motor) starts at $150. This fee is WAIVED from your final bill if you proceed with repairs.
Can I bring my own parts?
Absolutely! We encourage bringing your own OEM parts. We'll install them for free and guarantee compatibility. Using genuine OEM parts extends warranty coverage.
Do you sell e-bikes too?
No — we are strictly a REPAIR shop, not a retailer. We can recommend reputable local dealers if you're looking to purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover), Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and checks.
